It is time to Celebrate the Legacy! Baby Boomers, those born between 1946 and 1964 celebrated a milestone in the year – 2006. Their 60th Anniversary! Yes, since TIME magazine celebrated the 40th Anniversary of this generation on its May 19th 1986 cover, Baby Boomers have come to recognize their never-ending influence on popular culture. Beginning in 2006, BoomBorn™ has made available a series of Commemorative Coins and gift items, perfected by the Northwest Territorial Mint.

To celebrate our launch in the Pacific Northwest, Famous Baby Boomers and Microsoft founders Paul Allen and Bill Gates were awarded BoomBorn™ coins numbered 0001 and 0002. These two Washington State residents were selected in a survey of well-known Northwest Baby Boomers for their iconic status and Baby Boomer characteristics of innovation, philanthropy, youthful exuberance, and egalitarian natures.
